Booking Policy
1. Reservation Confirmation:
All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 40% of the total amount. The balance is cleared immediately upon arrival and before check-in.
2. Payment Methods:
We accept bank transfers, mobile money, and major credit/debit cards (additional 3% bank charges is incurred in addition to your total reservation amount)
3. Check-In & Check-Out:
Check-in: From 1300hrs
Check-out: By 11:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of Kes.3000 may be required at check-in to cover damages or breakages.
5. Guest Responsibility:
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Smoking and parties are not allowed unless explicitly permitted.
6. Changes to Bookings:
Date changes are allowed subject to availability and must be requested at least 5 days prior to check-in.
7. Electricity tokens
Upon arrival, we usually give all the guests 30 units of electricity tokens. Once depleted, the cost is passed to the guest until the time of check out
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- A 100% refund will be made for cancellations received 48 hours from the date of deposit payment.
- A 50% refund will be made for cancellations received 3 - 14 days from the date of depost. No refund will be provided thereafter. However, the deposit can be applied to future bookings based on our availability and saisonal rates.
- In the event of a Now-Show, no refund will be provided.
- In the event of cancellation, for any reason whatsever, before the completion of the duration of the stay, the owner reserve all rights not to refund any money paid by the guest.
